I don't see why so many people think that just because you have a "somewhat fast" car you are inclined to do something stupid. More than often I see the riced out cars and others trying to show off and drive irresponsibly (eventually crashing). I mean anyone can drive like an idiot and try to show off (doesn't matter what car you have).
My bro is (99%) going to get a 2006 Wrx Tr tomorrow. Congrats to him (following in his brothers footsteps
). Don't worry if he gets any tickets or does anything stupid his car will be taken away. I told him to take it easy and use his brain. He drives my car all the time (mine is Stage 2 Wrx) so he knows them pretty well.

The only bad thing is that the hours are crazy. Sometimes I'll work 3 in the morning, go home, then get back up at 6:00am and work 10+hours straight. On the other hand I've had many 16hour days. So yeah, I love working and the paychecks.

if you're going to get the evo, i would suggest taking it to an empty parking lot and "get to know the car", how the turbo works on it, what the AWD is like. maybe even ask your parents if you can get some professional driving lessons, just one lesson with a pro can make you a MUCH better driver.
the evo is a good car, treat it good and it'll treat you good
and don't do too many AWD launches, just because its AWD doesn't mean its meant for 6k RPM launches itll break eventually
