New Perfomance garage
A friend and i are planning on opening a performace shop and garage in the tampa bay area... i jus needed to ask where you guys think would be a good spot for one?

somewhere convenient for both sides of the bay. not far off the interstate. all i have to say is GOOD LUCK

If you already have some base customers and you don't have to rely on traffic off the street for work, I don't think it really matters where it's located. Workshop space is getting expensive, $600 anymore won't get you but 2 maybe 3 bays to work out of. Me and a couple of buddies tried it a few years back. We couldnt make it work, and we had work every night, mainly because my partners suddenly turned lazy and unreliable. Good luck.
