Because he gets flamed so much but still takes it and comes back with a positive comment "ok i ddint know" "thanks for correcting me". I can think of atleast half of the users on TampaRacing that if they get flamed for posting somthing wrong will come back with "fuck you" "stfu fag" etc etc. He is learing as he goes along and is not afraid to look stupid by asking an ovious question.
