Just remember your garage is probably close to 500 sq ft if it is a 2.5 car....

Kirk, if you decide you want real tile (porc. tile) let me know.... that my business. It will cost you more up front, but it is harder than granite and 99% impervious meaning it is hard to stain.

I looked at that site and if you can get something like that for $2/ sf I would do that instead. Porcelain is going to run you that much at my cost then you have to install it or pay someone to do it. Porcelain would be the sh*&, that is what all the high end dealerships use, but it will cost you even with me giving it to you at my cost. LMK
