Then do manual swap j/k

Auto are faster than manual if done correctly right?

yeah but if you have a pretty stock mustang compared to a tuned one then on a stock u should roll out not dig in if you want to win

most likely came from the fact that when street racing was getting big in the 50s (or maybe even earlier), the tires would "dig" into the road on the launch.
just a thought. im not 100% sure on that.
