Freeze?

i have a nice layer of ice on the roof of my damaged volvo and my window says its 41 degrees so whats the temp. around the bay?

ya im in clearwater but have nice thick layer of ice on the roof

are you sure its ice and not just water?

lowest temp I saw overnight was 41

it was a layer of ice i felt it, cold as ice..slick as ice, and all the other properties of ice
