Default Exhaust manifolds and flanges

Is there anybody in Tampa or locally that could do a top notch job making a manifold for me? Problem is that the stock manifold fits exactly 2 turbos, so I have a T4 adapter, but the turbo I'm "upgrading" to has a T3 footprint..I cant find any ball bearing T4s that are small enough for my application...hell this turbo is used on semis and aircraft with much larger engines.

Rather than another adapter (which I dont think any are really made) I want a whole new manifold that flows better anyways. Thanks!

Eh, you'll probably save money and frustration by just buying the correct turbo for the setup. What turbo are you removing and what turbo are you replacing it with? Is this for some sort of road race application or something?

This is what I'm upgrading to...the correct turbo for my setup. GT3076R with either a .82 or a .63, havent decided yet. My turbo has a power point...once it hits 3.5k, then it pulls like crazy till 4k, but then I dont know if I should run out from 4.5k-6k or shift up because it doesnt feel like its going anywhere anymore. Theres a few people here who have driven or rode in my car and know what I mean. I'm so sick of it that I've become uber anti-lag and am going for a mostly mid range setup that can handle 500 HP, although I'm not shooting for 500 HP. Looking for best spool and even getting a better intake manifold to decrease lag. Basically an "ultimate street car" with mostly all around everything with emphasis on power and reliability, so obviously I'll be spending alot.

The turbo I have is a "Rajay T4", thats all I really know. Only other place I've found info about it is Turbonetics at http://turboneticsinc.com/turbo_rajay.htm

Here are some pics:

He is going to be replacing alot of stuff, new intercooler and piping included. The turbo he has just plain sucks, It was designed for aircraft use, it has a huge turbine and a tiny little compressor wheel.

fuk dat big turbo = mor pwr!!1111

Actually, I'll be upgrading the intake manny, FMIC, and all that piping first before I even touch the turbo. Funny, all of this just for a BOV...

My Type-S is as flappy as an old guy's scrotum...stalls too easily (have to engine brake it like crazy), and isnt adjustable because the screw is stripped. However, this thing blows off in vacuum and sounds as good as it is messed up, but I'd rather have a reliable good working BOV than one that sounds so good. So, I'm upgrading to a TiAL BOV, best out there rather than cheaping out. In order to use it, I need a new pipe and/or flange to weld, so I'll need to replace the piping, and if I'm replacing the piping I shouldnt use temporary pipes since this car will be built to last the rest of my life, so I might as well replace my intake manifold for a better one instead of routing the piping back over the hot engine, coaxing lag and heat, I could have it shorter and front facing with less lag etc.

Thats why everything is getting replaced. Because of a bov that rubber piping I have on now is actually a good idea...that stuff is quite thick and has multiple layers of material which also can withstand 1000*F+ easily, yet surprisingly flexible. I'll be switching to aluminum yes, but dont underestimate whatever that is and wherever the hell it came from

As far as the uglyness, its not like I have only the engine, radiator, and brake booster in the engine bay like your SS, Frank there are scratches and whatnot in it, engine bay clean wouldnt do much

Oh, and thanks Derka, I'll try that
