well i'm not promoting drunk driving in the least bit, im very against it. you should never operate a vehicle when you are impaired but if, as most are, still a little tipsy or know that they have a little bit in them and would rather not risk it, this is for them. Or hell if you just don't want to get delayed. But I figured you guys would like to know.
