look the proplem with this is the only way the county will even think about payin is if there was a previously report about that pothole on that road...if there wasnt and its new u wont get nothin outta them...because then people would be clamin damage all the time...but if theres a report for it already and they havent fixed it then ur good...have had this proplem like amonth ago and it blew out and dented both rims on driver side and they said they cant do anything because they had no idea it was there because nobody reported it.it was the first time they heard of it...so no money for me but after they took my report i just went threw the bitch again and fucked up another car and had them pay for that....there assholes about this kinda shit because it happens everyday...

I dont know how your county Works But here in Polk.... Well Here goes.

ANY Road Damage, Construction Damage, or wash out damage is the responcibilty of the city. They have a department that drives around and fixes all these issues. If they dont then you complain.

I had a buddy Hit a chunk of ashphalt and the pot hole it came out of at 2 am. broke his bumper cover and bent two factory rims and blew one tire. We called the City the next day and his ins. Ins filed the claim repoated damages over 3k$ the city was quick to pay almost 4K$. There doesnt have to be a previous claim of a hole or whatever. Ive driven Through a construction site on the road and Blew a tire. I pulled off the supervisor called a city tow truck and had me towed to Tire kingdom and had a tire put on. Becuase they didnt keep the road clean. Just call your ins and tell them what happened or call the city. Either way its Covered under your road hazard ins and wont go against your ins premiums. Or call the city youll get more out of them.

 

well in this county are roads are made outta potholes so theres bitches callin up erryday tryin to claim something and they cant just cash out on some story that some guy told so there has to be a previous case of damage for them to give u a claim.trust me,i just went thro this shit bro.i'm not just makin shit up man.......i dont know if diffrent countys have diffrent policies but in pasco thats how that shit works...

 

call your ins. company, they will go after the city/county, they will want their money back

 

get prices for all new parts,submit it to them.Anything your car needs that could be attriubted to this..Then buy used parts...Dont forget to get estimates for the install.submiy the highest and do it yourself...
