Hello everybody! I am brand new. I was just curious on how to find out what the internals of a car are made out of. I was just trying to decide on a good vehicle and instead of going by peoples opinion of "oh this is good" and "that car sucks" I want to go in deeper and see how the engine is part (like are they cast pieces, forged or what..) and then take it from there..

How could I find this information?

Actually, I can't really figure what you mean. If you're buying a car you could ask the guy or find out from somebody else who owns one of the same. If you're getting it modded, take it apart and check it out or take it to someone who would know. That's all I can really say. You could possibly find what you're looking for on the internet somewhere.

 

Depends on the car. Most dealers will have that information. If not, google is a powerful tool.

 

the good ol' dick in the tailpipe... I figured out what was wrong with my intake manifold by doing that.
