i drove a scion tc as a rental car not too long ago its was quick and handled ok its on the heavy side tho .

Scion in a heartbeat. Those TC's are nice. Cheap to. Plus i can help you out with getting parts. As I work for Clearwater Toyota. Let me know if you ever need anything.

I would have to say if your not going for the Si Civic then deffenently get the Scion but, make shure its the TC the Xa and Xb and god awfull ugly. But, if your going to get the the 20,000 price range i would recommend an SRT-4 if you can get your hands on 1 if not get an Acura RSX typeS or a Cobalt SS
