Need help asap
I dont want to get into a long story but when I bought my car from autoway they had aftermarket wheels on the vehicle I purchased I asked about the lug nut keys and they said that they would call the previous owner of the vehicle and give them to me so I was like fine and went ahead and bought the car. Well autoway would never return my calls I would leave messages and so would my father and we could never get ahold of the car salesman who sold me the car. I purchased the car in the middle of August and we had to go up there to set things straight because they would not answer the phone they said they would get me the floormats, touch up paint, lug nut key and to this day I still havent recieved them me and my dad have complained and they said they will give me all this so I have to go over there tomorrow but they couldnt get the lug nut key so my question is this?? Is there a way that i can get a duplicate key I know the lug nut is from carquest but Im pretty sure every key is made different but there has to be some sort of universal key that a tire shop has or some way without damaging the rim Im out of answers and need some from someone
please help me. Heres a picture of the lug nut key Its kind of hard to see.

There are special tools that you can use to remove wheel locks....I used to own a set, but they 'dissapeared'.
Something like this: http://www.kentool.com/tireserv_WCLM.htm
Some Wheel/Tire shops have them too.

Something like ricerocket said and also pep boys used to carry something similiar to those on the lug nut isle when I worked there a year ago. It looks like a sock but the inside is sort of hones out and you hammer it on to the luck and use something to pull on it so the "teeth" dig into the lug and then you just use it like a socket and take the lock lug off and replace. Those are the exact reason I don't believe in certain types of lock lugs they're too easy to steal....
The one I used most was a reverse threaded socket style. Fit it over the lock and the reverse threads lock onto the 'lock', and allow you to remove it.

A tire shop should be able to take it off.
