Default Quick 'Removal' Question...

Looking to get my antennae shaved off (and of course filled, and spot painted [which doesn't need to be perfect at all]). Called a couple of bodyshops and got some estimates. I don't really know what a price range would be to do this, so I don't know if I'm getting good or high estimates. Do any of you know a good range of cost to do something like this should be?

Also, maybe this is something I should just do myself? I've never done bodywork before so maybe it's best to have someone who knows how to do it, but maybe it's less involved than I thought...

thanks....

I just got it painted last year. It's QM1 cloud white. However, like I said, doesn't need to be perfect by any means (talking about paint of course, not the actual shaving and filling job, lol). As long as it looks good from 10ft. away...
