so whut tha fuck do you do with it when the cops stop you and ask you to shut off the engine and you dont really think its a good idea.(i wuz just thinking).

a one time deal isn't going to affect it that much, it's like if you smoked one cigarette... it's doing it repeatedly that will screw you up.

JUst turn the car off and have it run, show him the key though...There is no way they would care...Just explain to them what it does...

I had that problem once...I just waited till he was about to step outta the car and turned it off...Its not going to hurt it, and unless you plan on gettting pulled over a lot, I wouldn't worry about it...

just tell the officer what the tt is for and he should understan. if not explain to him that the oil needs to cool hence the running at idle.
