^ What kind of tire are you looking for? A 711 Kumho only?

 

well, ide REALLY prefer for my tires to match, but if i find an awesome deal(basically a good tire for under 65, which is what i can get a 711 for..) ill take a different tire.

 

Call up Advance Tire & Wheel.....I paid $30 a pop for 225/50/16 -- I'm sure 195/50/15s will be cheaper.

Since you have somewhat of a relationship with APT&W, you might know better than I would if I have a viable reason for my tire to get replaced? It was about 5:30pm when I bought them - right when they closed up shop, so I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect the tires.

I woulf fell kinda guilty given it's only $30, but I really do not want to have a blowout or something......

 

No idea, give em a call and see whats going on.

 

Wow.....talk about service! Called 'em up and simply mentioned a hole and she, very enthusiastically, told me to come up and they'll swap it out for me.

A+ in my book!

Story is they weren't going to replace the tire because it looked like it had been curbed or hit something. I know for a fact I didn't curb it....

My roommate found the 'damage' about an hour after I bought the tires. During that time I wasn't in any parking lots or near any curbs....the only place it could've been damaged was in their parking lot because of the potholes. Long story short, she finally said she could 1/2 price for another tire, plus mount/balance - which was alright with me. BUT, we got talking for a minute when I mentioned I know you. She immediately said oh, well I'll go ahead and take care of this for you - Patrick did a really good job!

So, I was able to get a good tire for free, thanks to Patrick
