Default Help with altezzas on a teg...

Sorry not sure if this is the rite place but I will try!

One of my friends put altezzas on his teg and he is saying now they only light up when he hits his breaks (Not when he turns on his headlights like they used to do) Anyone know what I can do to try to fix this? Thanks

Just double check the wiring. SOmethin'gs crossed or grounded or loose somewhere. But you'd be better off keeping the stock lights...

Tell your "friend" the best advice is to take them off.

Get a volt meter, only about $5 for what you need to do. Set it to a DC setting and ground the black leed. Then use the process of elimination with the blinkers/brakes/parking lights to figure out if its been shorted before it gets to the lamp. If you have 12V on when its supposed to be on, then the problems in his testicles I mean tezzas.

Then, once you've learned how to use a volt meter and done a little problem solving, install the stock lights because altezzas make baby jesus cry.

Check the grounds/fuses/wiring, like someone above said.

And guys STFU about Altezzas, some people like them, some people don't, don't bash other people decisions.
