spread port exh vs std port exh

what do u guys think makes more hp and tq.what is the + and - on using one or the other.i've looked around for facts on this topic but really haven't found any good sites or discussions on this.

I believe the difference is more on the intake side, the spread exhaust ports are just a biproduct.
