nothing wrong with that, I myself wouldn't mind doing that as well but I hate the exercise needed to keep you in the physical shape needed to do it successfully. My grandad was a combat controller, first in last out type of thing on many missions in vietnam, jump pay was part of his regular paycheck. hats off to those who can, I just don't like the pt.

I agree talk to the recruiter, but don't trust atleast 75% of what he says, some are ok but alot will tell you what you want to hear and give you partial info or infer what the info means so that you hear what you want. Treat the recruiter like a used car salesman, get everything in writing or it won't happen.

 

my advice...go to college

 

and to avoid the student loans, have the military pay for it.

 

i say lease a car becuase if you get shipped out you can break the lease

 

or you can buy a car everyone else does...why would you think leasing would be any better?

 

lets say its brand new you get shipped out of the states your stuck with a new car and will have to take a loss on it

 

ummmmmm not everywhere you go outside of the states is fucking Iraq, as long as its a short tour and not a deployment 80% of the overseas bases you can bring your car with you.

Do the AF man! My pops just retired. We got to be in okinawa, japan at kadena air base from 93-98 and it rocked! Wish I could drive so bad. My older bro was always into all these cars and was tellin me how pimp they were. Wish I was a lil older though. At your age you would have so much fun.
