why is it on ever block I turn I see EMOS with reg tires and their car droped witht he hood caps pulled off ? Can they afford to buy rims ? At least leave the hoodcaps on the car till u can but some ....This makes people with black or gunmetal Rims look bad ( from a distance ) Due to the wanna have rim kids. Also why the hell are people buying and actually using the plastic spinners from Wal- Mart on their car and actually think they can get some kind of respect at the stop light .
