cleaning cement..oops
I would try simple green first, then castrol super clean, THEN muratic acid. Make sure non of them dry by themselves keep everything wet. Also the muratic acid will need to be diluted. It will start to eat stuff. I have watched muratic take concret layers off down to the little rocks in it. No clue what it would do to bricks.

Make sure you neutralize whatever chemicals you use to clean this up with. The last thing you want to do is wash these dangerous chemicals into your lawn or the street where somebody's dog might lick it up and die.
