Toe will kill your tires much faster than camber. Whether you buy the camber kit or not, get it aligned properly.

i agree with all the guys here, i notice it alot with civic's/crx's with the same dilemna. just this weekend my cousin just had to replace his 205/35/18 tire because it rubbed so much on the inside that it eventually destroyed the tire. when we removed he front wheels there were 2 spots in the wheel well that were chrome colored clean because of how much it rubbed on the inside. he has 18 inch rims on a 92 eg hatch dropped about 4+ inches tho. camber kit is definitely in order and also alignment especially if you have big rims/low profile tires.

2" drop will probably take more than 3deg. I have an 88 crx si with a 1.5 inch drop and it took just under 3deg. you may be really close. one tip, if you get a kit that moves the 'a' arm out to 3deg then expect to have to beat the shit out of the seam that runs down the middle of the wheel well. Best advice is to get the camber kit that uses the ball joint to adjust. the a arm doesn't move just the ball joint so you'll have better clearance in the wheel well.
