HELP ME!!!! need a mechanic
I have a 96 Chrysler Cirrus (keep the jokes to yourself) and my power steering line needs to be replaced. when i called chrysler they quoted me 500.00 with parts and labor. Can anyone do it for less?? or is that about right?

so do i try to find somewhere that i can just bring in the part and pay for labor? they said something about dropping the engine.

What motor is in it? Sounds like a 2.5L, those are a bitch to do.
Sorry I thought that estimate was from a gypsy joe shop. Sounds more like one that you would get from the dealer. I could prob hook you up with a Chrysler mech that would do it on the side for probly much less. But he lives in Pinellas.
