Bad Days + Hard Driving
this helps me a huge amount.... shitty day.. or youve been sick stuck inside all day..and you take the car out and run it to hell.
run first gear out to 6100rpm and slam it like hell to 2nd and repeat the process until 3rd gear is over... 95-100ish
Open Y no muffler/no cat screaming and awaiting the next gear slam is the best remedy... anybody else share this feeling?
I know I may not have the fastest car in the world but it will wake ya up and make you forget about everything.

trust me ... my car is LOUD... like its running wide open.. no muffler no restriction.. and is make a decent amount of power

i know exactly how you guys feel - i was couped up in a store all day by myself bored out of my mind and it felt so good to take first and WOT until vtec where i lost traction and PPPSSSSSTTTT right next to a couple walking along the side walk - scared the bajesus out of them - they both turned and had the "WTF" look on their face

I crashed my car taking a corner too fast on one of those shitty rainy days when I'd been stuck inside all day. That particular drive didn't improve my mood, especially with the raging headache and blood matted in my hair as I limped it home.
But yeah, it's great therapy when done right.
