the GTO replaced the Camero. It will only return if the GTO retire. That concept link uses the same principle of bring back the past just like the mustang. Let the camero die for a few more decades.
I love that Aussie car company. Looks hot, Ill gladly import one for myself. I'd say they are in competition with BMWs in Austrailia.

also, about the car shutting down cylinders, theres quite a few cars that do that already. i believe the honda odysey does it.

I only know of 1 vette that has done that, although I'm sure there are a few others. But what would you expect from a 415 LT5 and a big shot direct port launching on slicks? Just like any other car you'll find the weakest link. And if you can afford that surely you can also afford to build the IRS up to handle it.

 

From a hard launch at a dragstrip with stickers? I've yet to see a Vette or any car drop a shaft on a track (roadcourse).

True. There's also another logic - stock shafts are plentiful, affordable and easy to replace. Better to bust that than a rear end or tranny. The Viper guys bust them occasionally.
