Has anyone ever done a lease swap ?

I am looking into the various sites that assist with car lease swaps or in other words taking over someone elses existing lease.

Has anyone ever done this before ?

I was going to do this with someone who had a lease thru Honda and I was told all we had to do was go back to the dealer with the current lease person and you go through the credit process to prove you are worthy to assume the lease.

some places dont allow you to do this..for instance the one i am with .. but leasetrader has an option to have the new persons bank/lease company pay off your lease and do a new one of their own...itsnot a transfer
