Huh? Advance has a stick - looking for 50 ml or more for my engine rebuild

ace hardware, home depot maybe, AE, i thought most autoparts stores carry that, atleast they used to.

Nope - lots of places have loctite threadlocker - not 574 which is classified as one of their "high performance" adhesives. Porsche uses it to form a gasket in their cam towers to cylinder heads...

Most places that carry loctite should carry that, its not just something that porcshe uses.

You would think - and I know it's not just Porsches - not trying to be a Porsche snob - just figured there was probably somewhere in Tampa that carried it...Apparently not = and I have tried some of the "industrial and Automotive" loctite distributers. I'll order it - but thanks anyway.

Thanks Chuck - I think I called everyone of those places - They don't stock it from what I have found including bearings and drives and motion industries - many have the general purpose varient - but not the 574 which is considered the "high performance" version - even AE - and they said - you'd think we would carry that eh?

I'll order it online - I had no idea it would be a PIA
