Depends on where the crack is, I had an outlet rebrazed for 20 bucks at a place off hercules in clearwater.

You can buy a brand new one from advanced for like $90, not sure how much it costs to fix one.

How about a good used one? They are everywhere because alot of the hipo 5.0 have good up graded radiators.

Just call the local shops someone will have one.

wouldnt be worth it to fix it, fox body parts are dirt cheap, i got a 3 core brand new for under a 100, or the inner mullet could come out and you could put some pepper in it, lol.....

Repairing it is risky, just replace it, unless its a all aluminum high performance radiator, then its fixable. Just take it to a welding shop and let them TIG weld it up.
For OEM radiators, call PartsMax in tampa. Their radiators are ALWAYS cheaper than advance/tommys/autozone radiators.
Example= 94' Ford AeroStar radiator at autozone is $145.00...PartsMax is $95.00
