need some welding help

Default need some welding help

i know we have an "official body shop thread", but i figured a lot of you guys know how to do this and i might not need a shop. i need to replace the radiator core support on my 94 civic. anyone done this before and wanna help?

I did mine a few months ago, still havent tacked it with welder but plan to before its painted. I just bolted everything back together. I get a noise every so often, but not all the time. Still needs a tack on each side just to keep it quiet.
The hardest part was geting the old one off. Hope you have 1) compressor, 2) air chisel, and 3) good grinding wheels. Not the easiest job to do, but not that bad for whats being done.
