Is it that hard to get a real freakin answer around here?
Julian you might want to look into a turbo blanket also which helps ALOT. I could set my hand on it after driving and it doesnt burn me... helps keep heat away from the surrounding parts.

Get your manifold, downpipe, and turbine housing ceramic coated if you don't want them to rust.. It'll help with underhood temps too. The turbo blanket Kirk mentioned is also a good idea. If it were me I'd get everything heat coated and then put one of these on the turbine housing:

Ceramic coating IMO is the best way to go. not only will it keep the heat away from the other parts but also you can clean up the piping and your welds to make it more presentable/neater. The turbo blanket is also a good idea if you did not want to ceramic coat the piping.

i was thinking of this right one right here but i like yours a lil more but it doesnt seem to hug the actual housing like this one does
