I dont car if it is insured. If you have never driven it to work or dont use it as transportation its not a streetcar. That is essentially an all out race car with stock bumpers and interior (i presume). Other than that is built borderline street (very borderline).
Ugly too.

I could name a thousands cars that are street legal. Means nothing else but lights, title, and some other things. Street legal and a true street car and two ENTIRELY different things.
Radio? Power brakes? Power streering? Air Conditioning? Though the car is fast, I have HUGE respect for cars that have all the amenaties of a true production car and just as fast. Anyone can strap an engine to a stripped car, title, it add some saftey equip., lights and call it street legal and have a plate on it..

Do you know how many times I've heard "anyone can put nitrous on a car and go fast"? Do you know how many people I've seen blow up trying?

The only thing I have ever disagreed with in the "street car" arguement is cars that can't keep cool. If it won't stay cool, it may be legally a "street car," but it's not streetable. As for everything else, that's up to the owner.
Yes Dave, this probably will be ten pages long

its cool to me, but why only nitrous? if it's 11.5 liters, that bitch is just SCREAMING for twin T-100s and a shitload of boost! THEN you'd have yourself a hell of a "street" car.

I've never understood the "anybody can do it" arguement. If it's true, why isn't everyone doing it? Anyone can add air, power steering, etc. as well

Right on brother !
And even if it doesn't have these amenities and they were stand equipment I think most people will give you the nod as long as you can cruise around with no issues.
