The assholes that design this bullshit to make a quick buck or the assholes that actually buy this shit and put it on their cars thinking it makes them look cool?
Yes, for those that can't get past those fancy hubcaps, door edge guard, and door protector around the keyhole, that is a fake exhaust tip attached to the side of the car, they had one on the other side as well

well asshole number one can clean his with money while asshole number 2 can barely afford to clean his at all, after spending cash on asshole one's product.
