I know there is a sticky for this stuff but...

Are there any TR members that can powder coat a rim but leave a machined lip? its the stock 17 inch mustang rim. Sorry if this is not aloud i just wanted to see if any tr members can do it before i take it to a shop

You could tape up the lip so the powder doesn't coat that area, but whoever did it would need to be good with the tape to leave it with a nice line.

I would probably rather tape it myself. I am not too trusting of a guy. Why is it that so many people wont/cant do it if it is that simple? anyways, If you can do it i would appreciate it
