They for the most part, don't hassle. The last time I went there I found it difficult to get myself out because there wasn't a car I was interested in and I didn't want to be rude and tell the sales rep that all of her cars were craptasmagoric (my word, not yours). But if you go there, expect to pay more for your car then you would if you found a dealer and played the haggling game, especially if it's anything sporty; those are always marked up ~$500 above KBB.

Every car dealership is easy to deal with if you just go in and pay their asking price.

I have bought and sold cars there. I actually got alot more for several cars I sold there than I would have at the dealer. I even helped another TR member sell there car it Carmax. Carmax does have some good deals though, just gotta search for them.

Best example: I bought an eclipse convertible for the wife from them (it was like $15k back then). I sold it back to them 2 years later for $12k. I usually get 10% more by selling to carmax than if you trade at dealer. The dealer makes it look like your getting more for your trade....but you are not. Hell, if you pay much over invoice for a new car, your stupid. Most of the times, you can get most new cars for invoice and below.
