Is it the lock or one of the tuner lugs?

Lock = socket and 5lb sledge, hammer on and remove.

Tuner lug = large chisle and 5lb sledge, hammer till it splits, replace lug and stud if damaged.

Shit, I've got a cold chisel and a bit hammer in my garage you can swing by and use. I live off of Curlew and Countryside.
