Default Future of BMP

One thing that caught my eye on the drive out to the track is how much development has started, even in the 3 months since I was last at the track. They've got a new CVS out at the Hess corner to compliment that big shopping center. There's tons of housing going up and moving out along the road in the direction of the track.

We've all seen the progress of development kill other tracks, the track that used to be in the carrolwood area long ago, sunshine in the next few years. How long do you think it will be before greedy developers build to within 1/2 mile of the track and dumbass whiny bitches move in only to complain about the noise?

Until some treehugger gets some legislation passed that you can't make more than xxx decibels of sound w/in 2 miles of a state park because it disturbs the animals.

I think it will be OK for quite a while longer, but I also have thought the same thing driving out there. I can remember nothing but cows and farm houses on both sides of the road from I-75 all the way out, no traffic lights, no shopping centers, no schools, no neighborhoods, just one little run down general store. Scary thing is, I'm not talking about that long ago.

Hopefully they will be able to buy up enough land to create that buffer zone. I'd hate to have to drive to G-ville or Orlando. Maybe Scott knows how much land buffer you are mandated to have.
