LOL, well, at least it did OK until it started fibulating . . .

At the time I thought it was due to the mixture and detonation but after the autotopsy I discovered it was a broken head stud that was causing head lift and being mistaken for detonation by the knock controller.

Here is the dyno sheet but it has been redacted to protect my dignity.

And back on the subject of aluminum bling bling, here is a little pic of my squeakly clean tranny, and the condition it was in before I cleaned it up this week.

I've reproduced your original pull to the best of my recollection. I believe my lack of mspaint skills actually adds to the authenticity.

I remember taking a ride in it at an auto-x meet up in Gainesville. Car definately had some pick up back then. Hope to see it back up and running soon, two years is quite a while to be down.
