Both appear to have depriciated about 8% from 2004-present.
Still no published value on the EVO yet.
If your selling it in 2 years you will want to be sure you get something that is going to hold it's value.

Z because it looks better in my opinion. 4 door<2 door. the z's are just beautiful, sound awesome, and look amazing with just a set of rims. you really should drive both though, figure which one you like.

Drive both and the AWD will make the decision for you, trust me i have been there. Besides, in the Sti you can murder a Z with 3 other people in your car
