Default bubbled sidewall?

So today I discovered one of my tires has a small bubble in the sidewall. Its about the size of a half dollar. My question is whether or not this tire is driveable, and if so, for how long? Ive heard it needs to be replaced, but I wanna know if I can get away with it. Dont have any experience with a tire bubbling on me. Any advice is appreciated.

Well I have an extra set of wheels and tires so I threw them back on for the time being. Now all I have to do is come up with $120.
