I'm curious about all the street racing I read/hear about--how are these races arranged? do you meet somewhere and decide or do you pass someone in traffic and use hand signals or what?

and the videos always seem to quote what mods are on the other car--how do they know what the other car has? do they stop afterward and chat? just wondering.

We know nothing of street racing here. We always go to TRack events and such to race.

 

I meet at Gandy, it is impolite to not put on your flashers if you beat someone (kind o flike a slap in the face), sometimes I use hand signals or light flashes, sometimes i use the horn... what else do you want to know...

 

blow me, with ice, and don't forget to cup the balls. really.

I fully realize that tampa racing does not condone street racing but come on, it's spoken of so freely here. why flame for curiousity? I have no interest in actually street racing, just wondering what is involved.

 

do you talk with whomever you're going to run before/after? sorry for flame-worthy questions but I've never been around it. car scene here is el zilcho and I've always been curious about it.

 

sometimes i talk to them... find out what their car does 0-60 in. After the race I'll talk to them if they pull over and the cops aren't chasing us.
