Simple Yes or No will Do Please....

I just got my electronic boost contoller today and forgot to ask the guy at the shop a question....

Do i have to be at a complete stop to change the boost?

Hmm, I have a manual controller, but I would think you should have to reset the ecu or something...no? Evil little dial...I don't touch it.

Well I guess if you want to get technical you need to add more fuel if you add more boost - but the actual operation of the boost controller dosen't require you to be stopped.
