vtec motors.........
ok now first off llet me state that this is not an argument forum just trying to get SENSIBLE unbiased info. now i was having the usual toyota honda argument with my cousin and everytime i mention a decent engine toyota makes like maybe the 3sgte, 4age silver or blacktop with a turbo, 4agze supercharged, his response is always the same. honda doesn't need turboes we have vtec. now i have read quite a bit of articles on vtec and the technology seems very decent but honestly is it really that great that a stock dohc vtec motor from a civic si can blow away a turbocharged 4age silvertop? lmk

Pssh, vtec is so great, Honda puts in on their mowers now to get that extra cut. If Honda doesnt need turbos, why does so many honda owners turbo their car, to make noises?
