This weekend is the first time ever for these Indy cars to hit a street course and it is right here in our own backyard ! If you have never seen these types of cars before or even if you do not follow the series you might want to check this out, it might change your mind.

Below you will find all of the inoformation you will need for the upcoming event.

I will have photo updates from the event starting on Friday and through out the whole weekend, I hope to see some of you there. Post up if you plan on going.

I am going on Sat....Didn't get the race tickets but i am working on sunday....Loved it two years ago can't wait for this year....

Support this event folks. Go out there and see how the pros do it. Good times. I went to the last one and the city did a great job putting it on.

Sunday is racing all day, not just the Indy cars. SCCA Speed GT (Vipers, Vettes, Caddy, Porsche, BMW) starts at 9:45. The Indy cars don't run until 3pm.

Festival of Speed is Friday at Vinoy Park. Check out the Ferraris, Lambos, Vipers, etc. then walk over to the track to watch practice.
