i would say not rice because the wing actually functions for the aerodynamics

The Spec C is the STi in Europe....it comes in red with a carbon fiber wing that looks like the one you posted.....only no fins on the sides........I like that wing you posted though.......It's different.

i really dont know much on the spec c, i was just browsing nasioc and saw a s203 thread and wondered what it was.....

I dont like how the STI wing looks, but i dont believe that putting one on your non-STI qualifies as rice. if you like it, do it.
