Who runs what?
Most people who use an external wastegate do not route it into the downpipe. Usually that is only done in stock applications/internal wastegated cars. The reason why most people switch over to external wastegate is for performance and to fight things like boost creep and so forth, not because they want their car "louder" plus the fact that some turbos(mainly the big power turbo's) do not come internally gated.
I understand all these things but I drive the car around a lot. I am not worried about it really. I am just getting an insight on how everyone else feels / does. As far as the manifold it is just a inline 6 manifold. Nothing special. I have to fabricate the external wastegate in. Internal sucks.. had to many problems with it. Now it's time for a nice Tial!

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.
