let's see... we use castrol gtx in my car. and i really need to get a k&n filter already.

3.5qts. of honda 10w30. S2000 filter cause it adds 23hp.

Mobil 1 10w30 - 4 quarts
K&N filter
and Redline MT-90 in the tranny - 3 quarts

Fram and whatever 10w30 we got in the shop, Ive got 160k on it, synthetic isnt worth the $.

Fill it till the stick says full

I checked the Buick, the dipstick says 4qts. Not much for a 5.7L is it? Must not include the filter's volume.
