Ok people, as some of you know I am getting a new car this summer. I owe nothing on my teg, and I am not sure if I should trade it in, or sell it privatley. I am not financing my new car, so I don't really need to use my car as a down payment or any thing. Basically I am not sure if I should sell my car privatley, as is, with some things done to it...OR if I should spend the money to bring it back to stock about 200 bucks worth of work, so I can get more out of it from the dealership? Or I could just give the car to my mom because she doesnt have one.(hers got totaled)

If you decide to sell it, sell it outright, don't get raped on trade in. If you don't want to deal with the BS from the public, I would be interested in it. I will tell you now that I am going to need to be able to make a profit, but I will also give you more than a dealership will on trade. PM me if you are interested.

Edit: To answer your other question, yes, it is worth more stock. If you know someone personally that wants it the way it is, fine, but to the general public or a dealership, modified cars scare people

i can't believe someone would feel the need to ask if they should sell their car or give it to their mother. i would call that a personal decision.
