The difference is the straight pipes off the headers are now 3.5 inch and have a place to mount the 3.5 inch electric cutouts. The old setup was 3" X

Actually the two that are in there will be coming out. No need for 02 sensors with the speed density tune. Just one wideband

Nothing wrong with zipties. I've seen a video of the owner of an 8 second dsm fastening a ziptie around the radiator cap to keep it from rotating and coming off during a run. I'm sure such DSM-rigging techniques could be applied to your average street Chevy with similar success.
lol...I doubt it will make this thursday. The valve covers are coming off for some custom baffling to help with oil control. The coil packs MUST be relocated permanantly to under the windshield and then custom wires made to length. Then just tidy everything up...change the oil, and plugs, then dyno tune on friday.

I think you need a few more sensors in the exhaust.
