even though i hate fords, i would say the cobra out of your 3 choices. since you have a 2 seater in there, why not think about a vette? there are plenty to be had for cheap and if you find the right one with an older owner who takes care of it, you can have a stock car that has been well maintain for under 25k. some food for thought.

thats pretty much where I was heading with my question on how much he has to spend. i would recommend a vette over all of the choices but i am biased.

Don't even think about the 350z..

If you're coming from a practicality perspective, I'd say the STi. It's awd, uses less gas, and is 4 door. It also probably handles better than the Cobra. I had a WRX before and I can say they're about as good as it gets for a Car in florida..

If you want the visceral, not very practical gas guzzling eyeballs rolling in the back of your head from acceleration experience you can only get from a RWD supercharged v8, then go for the Cobra. I have one myself , but find myself looking for a cheap beater for daily tasks. If you have another car by all means choose the Cobra over the STi.

plus intake plus tuning plus shifter yadda yadda but it snot ahrd, and Im not really impressed with some sTI's I see...I saw a black one at the track and yeah he wasnt launching it at redline like I would but it wasnt impressive....if I lived up north I would have a scooby all day long though...I say get the STI b/c im sick of everyone having a 03-04 cobra and I hope they all wreck the but live and are unhurt that is all

id get the STi. i mean, launching you automatically have like 3 cars on the opponent but i also hear they have no high end tq. but i may be wrong. if i had to choose id get the STi simply because it looks 100x better IMO and i think turbos sound/feel better when driving. driving for me is all about fun. it can be slow but if its fun to drive ill rock the hell out of it.

are you sure about that? Vettes are usually cheaper to insure than a cobra, not sure about the 350 or sti
