Brown and Brown not selling Chubb is new. They sold it back in December. either way, this thread has alot of good info. one note, stated value, and collector car insurance are 2 different things.

Hagerty's told me they only insure limited driving vehicles, that's why i can only put 3k miles on the car also. But the only proof of mileage you have to give to them is a photograph of the odometer...

Dear Mr. Consoli,

Thank You for contacting GRUNDY WORLDWIDE's web site. Unfortunately, we are
unable to insure vehicles that are operated by anyone under the age of 25.
Best of luck in your
search for proper coverage on your vehicle.

Respectfully,

GRUNDY WORLDWIDE

Once I had a second vehicle as an official 'daily driver' state farm allowed me to reclassify the 930 as a non daily driven vehicle (there was some 5K mile a year cap I believe) that gave me a great break on insuring it.

Once it became engineless they even let me drop everything but comp and that costs just around a hundred bucks a year. Its nice peace of mind just in case the garage burns down or a hurricane hits.

I almost forgot to mention that all the policies have been for a declared value of $30K. I will have to bump that once its all back together again.
