The 383's coming along. Got my rotating assembly last night.
So I'm now the proud owner of a 3.75" stroke Eagle crank, 8 eagle i-beam rods, 8 Speed Pro coated 10.5:1 .030" over pistons, an SFI approved balancer, flywheel, a bunch of bearings, and a set of main cap bolts. One more trip to Nelson Bros to get all of this junk balanced and the 383'll be underway. 
I forgot how nice new engine components look, I've been staring at carbon'd up crap for too long!
